Welcome to Stripe Street
Stripe Street Studio is the first of its kind design studio that specializes in interior design, home set-up and organization for divorced dads and single men. Our mission is setting up seamless transitions for dad’s and their children into new spaces that provide continuity of current routines and traditions. Stacey Herman and her team makes all the details of setting up a new home seamless and easy while placing value, functionality, and creativity at the core of everything we do.
During a complicated and stressful time, navigating a new lifestyle is challenging enough. Stripe Street handles the entire relocation process; selection of where to sit, eat and sleep to purchasing all the necessities for each room and managing the many logistics of deliveries and set-up. Stripe Street spares no details to provide a warm, comfortable and inviting atmosphere for families in their new surroundings so they can focus on what really matters: relationships and time together.
Make your new house a complete home from the start. Stripe Street is always in pursuit of life’s forward motion, helping to make the road of life easier when moving from one chapter to the next.
Meet Stacey Herman
Chief Transition Officer
With over 25 years experience, Herman honed her eye for design and expertise across production and sales while working for legacy institutions like Conde Nast and Hearst Corporation, including roles at Vanity Fair and Elle Decor. It was during this time in print magazines and event production she learned the value of mixing storied design with functionality and the importance of grounding aspiration with accessibility. She learned the art of seamless logistics while producing large multi-platform events and marketing programs.
Following the course of her years working in publishing, Herman took on passion projects in the form of interior decorating for friends and family. Over time, her passion project took center stage and in 2015, Herman officially launched Fluid Design + Relocation, specializing in private homes around the country and creating custom pieces for corporate entities including The Atlantic.
Now, five years later, Herman brings Stripe Street Studio to life where she’ll remain at the forefront of all concepts, design/production and logistics. With a team based around the US, Herman and Stripe Street maintain a vast yet focused offering for clients with a finger on the pulse across regional, national and global trends.
In addition, Herman remains committed to her two amazing grown teenagers and husband of 21 years. She brings her vast experience of running an active family and household to each one of her projects.
